Terms and Conditions — Elite Hob Services

By using the services of Elite Hob Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Services

Elite Hob Services provides hob repair, installation, maintenance, and cleaning services in Delhi NCR. All services are performed by trained and certified technicians. Service availability is subject to technician availability and location.

2. Booking and Appointments

Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our online contact form. Appointments are confirmed by our team via call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to technician unavailability or force majeure events.

3. Service Charges and Payment

A service visit charge applies from ₹299, which is payable on the technician's arrival. Additional repair costs depend on the parts and labour required. All costs are disclosed and agreed upon before work commences. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

4. Warranty

We provide a 30 to 90-day warranty on repair work performed by our technicians, depending on the nature of the repair. The warranty covers parts replaced and labour performed during the service visit. The warranty is void if: the appliance is tampered with by a third party after our service, damage occurs due to misuse or power surge, or the issue is unrelated to the work we performed.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elite Hob Services shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability in any case is limited to the service charge paid for the specific job in question.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must ensure: a safe and accessible work environment for our technician, that an adult (18+) is present during the service visit, and accurate information about the appliance and problem is provided at the time of booking.

7. Cancellation Policy

Appointments may be cancelled with at least 2 hours' notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows after the technician has been dispatched may incur a nominal visit charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Elite Hob Services website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Elite Hob Services and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
